Booking & Arrival
The experience started with a very helpful phone call. They were easy to talk to and managed to get me booked in just a couple of days later. When I arrived at the scheduled time, the shop was clearly busy, but the staff still made a point to come over immediately, check my booking, and take my keys.
The Wait
While they do have a dedicated waiting room on-site, the location is incredibly convenient. It’s situated right next door to a KFC, a Chinese takeaway, and a chip shop. I decided to head over to KFC for a meal and a drink to kill some time. It’s a great setup if you don’t want to sit around a garage while your car is being worked on.
Quality & Value
Exactly one hour later, I walked back and my car was ready to go. They had replaced the tyres, fitted new valves, and completed the balancing—all for a very reasonable price.
